General Information:

• Legal Trading Name - Edstart Blackburn with Darwen LTD
• We provide PE Curriculum delivery, PPA Cover & CPD for schools whilst offering Multi Sports Holiday Club provision for parents.

 Bookings & Payments

• Online payments, BACS, Cash, Tax-free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers.
• For Tax-free Childcare payments, once you have secured your child's place, please immediately issue the payment from your account account. Our reference number is 2851762.
• Payments must be made prior to the club starting.
• If we have not received payments, your child/children will not be able to attend our club.

Cancellations & Refunds

Attendance & Behaviour

• Children are to arrive on time and are collected promptly.
• We expect all children to adhere to our behaviour standards (e.g., safety, respect for coaches and other children in attendance).
• Right to exclude children if behaviour risks safety or constantly disrupts sessions.

Liability & Insurance

• Edstart has appropriate public liability insurance in place.
• Edstart will not be held responsible for lost/damaged personal belongings.

Safeguarding & Data Protection

• We are committed to the safeguarding and working within child protection guidelines.
• The data you have provided us with will be strictly confidential as we are committed to the adherence of GDPR Regulations.
• Your child will only appear on pictures or videos if you have provided us with consent.

. Emergency Procedures

• If your child gets injured or becomes unwell, Edstart will take the appropriate steps (first aid, contacting parents).
• The emergency contacts provided are expected to be available when your child/children are in attendance.
